VACANCY AT THE CHAMBER

TRAINING COORDINATOR AND BUILDING ADMINISTRATOR

JCCI runs numerous training courses - the training coordinator is required to:

  • liaise with trainers
  • coordinate training schedules
  • venue booking and catering
  • distribute training circulars to various databases
  • arrange printing of training manuals
  • manage the bookings, issue invoices and track payments
  • handle registration and other management duties on training days
  • track and order supplies

Building administration required:

  • liaise with tenants, building agents and brokers
  • Track and manage tenant contracts
  • Manage maintenance staff and their contracts and ensure building maintenance is done

Potential candidate:

Well organized, able to multi-task, good interpersonal and communication skills.
Hours: 07:15 – 15:30

As duties require early morning start, own transport is essential.
