ADVOCACY -CONTRIBUTING TO A BETTER BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT

The Chamber lobbies the various levels of government to promote and protect the interests of business. It plays a major role in promoting the development of Johannesburg as the economic hub of the African continent.

Members support this endeavour through their membership fees, and they participate and provide input for the lobby through various interest-group commissions.

Input on sectoral and regional issues takes place via the JCCI Regional Committees (Midrand, Sandton and Soweto), the Youth and Women’s Commissions, and the Property and Beauty and Wellness Clusters.  For further information:
