Rialgo has created the very first Customs accepted clearings system for the employer, which was decommissioned in 2000 only. In 1995 he moved to agency I.t.o Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearing, Logistics, Ship’s agency, and exited that specific part of the industry In 2008 as a C & F Agent, Rialgo developed many IT support systems working in conjunction with clearing and logistics programs, including other IT systems used as value adds for his clients in 2009 to current he moved into the field of international supply chain and customs education as a facilitators skill development & instructional designer, and was the author of many learner/ study guides and assessments, which are still in use today. Rialgo also took on the roles as international SCM consultant and specializing specifically in international logistics, warehousing (application & systems) and Customs consulting.
